Fashion Theater
Italy is a country of fashion and arts. A place where fashion designers, directors of modeling agencies, fashion show teachers and other disciplines gather.
GRAND FASHION SHOW is an educational project for models with the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities to casting directors of large Italian modeling agencies. The project is carried out in two parts: an individual competition and fashion shows of collections. The gathering place for the second season of the project will be the Adriatic coast, the city of Culture and Creativity of Italy in 2024 - Pesaro.
It is possible to combine the sunny atmosphere of Italy and a professional competition as early as June 2024. The number of participants is limited, use your opportunity now.
REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONTEST "GRAND FESTIVAL".
1. ORGANIZERS AND FOUNDERS.
- Public Association "Festival Center" (Republic of Belarus);
- Cultural Association "La vien Rose".
- Pesaro City Hall.
2. BASIC NOTIONS USED IN THE REGULATIONS.
Participant - an individual who has paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with p.4 of these Regulations.
Soloist - a participant of the Festival who has paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with p.4 of these Regulations and who has submitted an application for personal performance;
Duet - two participants, each of whom has paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with p.4 of these Regulations, who have submitted one application for duet performance;
Trio - three participants, each of whom has paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with p.4, who have submitted one application for the trio performance;
Ensemble - a group of participants, each of whom has paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with p.4 of these Regulations, who have submitted one application for the performance, making up a single team performing on the Festival stages as a whole;
Team - a group of participants united by joint activity within one institution, each of whom has paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with p.4 of these Regulations, performing on the Festival stages;
Nomination - a thematic position in determining the style of activity of the participant(s);
Application - a voluntary, drawn up and submitted on the website expression of will of the participant(s) to join the Festival.
3. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FESTIVAL.
- to revive, preserve and develop national cultures;
- to discover and support the most talented and promising creative teams;
- to establish creative bounds, strengthen international relations and cooperate via children's creativity by using modern communication technologies;
- to create an environment for support and development of creative communication among children and youth;
- to involve leading specialists of culture and art in cooperation with creative groups, as well as exchanging of experience.
4. ORGANIZATION OF THE CONTEST PROGRAM
4.1 Procedure
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Teams, soloists, duets, small formations, ensembles submit applications for participation on the website https://private.myfest.art.
IMPORTANT: Teams, soloists and ensembles apply separately. It is allowed to participate in several nominations for an additional fee. All details from the applications are displayed in the diplomas in the form in which they were submitted. The organizers reserve the right to abbreviate the names of institutions (UO, GUO, DDiM, CDT, etc.). Changes in the contest application can be made no later than 7 days before the in-person stage of the Festival.
IMPORTANT: the Organizing Committee has the right to close the applications earlier than the specified deadline.
PAYMENT FOR PARTICIPATION
IMPORTANT: Payment for participation shall be made only after receiving notification from the organizer through changing the status of your application to "Your application is accepted", or other notification from the Organizing Committee.

Important! Teams and designers are awarded ONE cup per team regardless of the number of performances and collections! Each team can order an unlimited number of additional cups for an additional fee.
4.2 Age categories
The age of the participants of the competition program is 4 years and older.
The participants of the competition program are grouped into age categories and forms according to the nominations. The appropriate age category and form are indicated when filling in the application form.

4.3. Regulations of the contest nominations
4.3.1 "Fashion Show" contest.
Modeling schools/agencies/teams with a fashion show in designer/brand clothes shall take part in this nomination. Collection, music, video on the background, make-up, hairstyles for their performance participants choose by themselves. The designer/author of the collection is allowed to come out on the catwalk. Evaluation is given to the staging of a modern fashion show, models' defile, performance on the catwalk, as well as the idea of the show. The collection should correspond to the age of the demonstrators.
Special effects are to be agreed upon in advance (e.g. smoke, confetti, runway decor, etc.).
Number of participants from 10 to 25 people in one show.
Runway parameters will be published on the website one month before the contest.
4.3.2 "Fashion Theater" Competition.
Participants shall present one collection in a single nomination and a single age category. The duration of the number should not exceed 7 minutes. Modeling schools/agencies/teams with a fashion show staged in designer/brand clothes shall take part in the nomination. Collection, music, makeup, hairstyles for their performance participants should choose themselves. Special effects are agreed upon additionally (e.g. smoke, confetti, runway decor, etc.).
The number of participants ranges from 5 to 25 people in one show.
The parameters of the stage will be published on the website a month before the contest.

4.3.2 Individual model competition.
Stage 1: Classical defile
Dress code.Girls: GFS project branded T-shirt, black skirt.
Shoes - black shoes (ballet shoes) or tap shoes. The heel height should correspond to the age (4-11 years up to 4 - 5 cm, 12-18 years thin heel from 6 cm).
Boys: Branded GFS project T-shirt, black pants/black skinny jeans. Shoes - white sneakers
Appearance.
Girls: clean straight hair, tucked behind the ears (face is open as much as possible), without sticking out or frizzing (it is allowed to style with gel, wax, lacquer). Makeup - natural, eyebrows styled with gel, eyelashes painted, light blush, lips should be moisturized with balm.
Boys: clean straight hair (face is open as much as possible), not sticking out or frizzing (it is allowed to be styled with gel, wax, lacquer). Makeup, eyebrows styled with gel and lips must be moisturized with balm.
Defile.
Classic defile with two spots: 1st spot - the beginning of the catwalk, 2nd spot - the edge of the catwalk. After the 2nd spot a classic turn is performed. The model returns on the right edge of the podium. The defile is performed to the beat of the music, dynamic. The 2nd spot posing should not be more than 5 seconds.
The main task of the defile is the demonstration of a smooth step (to the beat of music) of the model, following the straight line of the podium, the whole focus of attention is on the model.
Stage 2: Demonstration of an object (bag).
Dress code.Girls: White t-shirt/shirt, black tights/jeans ("skinnies").
Shoes - black shoes (ballet shoes) or tap shoes. The heel height should correspond to the age (4-11 years old up to 4-5cm, 12-18 years old thin heel from 6 cm).Boys: White T-shirt/shirt, black pants/black skinny jeans. Shoes - white sneakers.
Appearance.
Girls: clean hair gathered in a low ponytail (allowed to style with gel, wax, lacquer). Make-up - natural, eyebrows styled with gel, eyelashes painted, light blush, lips should be moisturized with balm.
Boys: clean straight hair, while not sticking out or frizzing (allowed to style with gel, wax, lacquer). Makeup, eyebrows styled with gel and lips must be moisturized with balm.
Defile.
Sporty defile with three spots: 1st spot - the beginning of the podium, 2nd spot - the middle of the podium, 5 seconds for the demonstration of the bag, 3rd spot - the edge of the podium. After the 3rd spot a sport turn is performed. The model returns on the right edge of the podium. The defile is performed to the beat of the music, dynamic. 2nd and 3rd spots posing should not be more than 5 seconds.
The main task of the defile is the demonstration of the accessory. Dynamic passage with posing, the model demonstrates both professional defile and the ability to work with accessories.
Object for demonstration (bag).
Provided by the competition organizers.For preparation, use 3 variants of bag sizes:
S - clutches, handbags, and purses up to 25 cm on any side;
M - 25-30 cm on any side;
L - 30-35 cm on any side;
XL - over 40 cm on any side
For boys, belt bags, backpacks will be provided.
Stage 3: Evening outDress code.
Girls: Ceremonial
floor-length or midi length dress of pastel color (beige, soft pink, soft blue, etc.).Shoes - Closed-toed shoes. The heel height should correspond to the age (4-11 years old up to 4-5cm, 12-18 years old thin heel from 6 cm).
Boys: Ceremonial suit, tuxedo.
Shoes - classic shoes, white sneakers.
Appearance.
Girls: clean hair, may be gathered in a bundle, ponytail or loose. Makeup: nude, there may be bright accents (lips, eyes).
Boys: clean hair neatly styled with gel.
Defile.
Classic defile with two spots: 1st spot - the beginning of the catwalk, 2nd spot - the edge of the catwalk. After the 2nd spot a loop turn is performed. The model returns on the right edge of the podium. The defile is performed to the beat of the music. 2nd spot - posing for no more than 5 seconds.
The main task of the defile is the demonstration of evening dress.
4.4 Jury
A competent jury consisting of leading figures of fashion and modeling is formed to evaluate the competition performances.
The allocation of prizes in the competition program is made on the basis of the jury protocol and the number of points scored in the contest program. The decision of the jury is final and is not subject to discussion! The President of the Jury has the right to +1 vote in case of a disputable situation. Jury members have no right to disclose the results of the competition before the official announcement.
4.5. Awarding
4.5.1 The participants of the Festival are awarded with diplomas and memorable prizes.
The head of the team (or the person who submits the application) is informed about the number of medals/ribbons, cups and competition attributes that will be given out for this or that contest performance.

4.5.2 Awarding of the Grand Prix
The Cup is awarded to the head of the team.
Certificates, "Grand Prix" Cups in each nomination are awarded according to the decision of the festival jury members. The "Grand Prix" cups are awarded if more than 10 performances are presented in a given nomination, or by the decision of the Jury members.
4.6 Technical Requirements
The phonogram recording must be:
- Attached to the application form no later than seven days before the Festival;
- It is obligatory to have a copy of the phonogram on a flash drive with perfect sound quality, the name of the track must state: the name of the team (name of the soloist), the name of the performance, and the timing.
5. ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- The Festival is open to creative teams and individual models who have submitted an application and visual materials in accordance with paragraph 4 of these Regulations and received confirmation of passing the preliminary stage from the Organizing Committee.
- Organizations delegating participants or the participants themselves pay for travel, accommodation, meals and contribute to the development of the festival.
- The head of the team is responsible for the life and health of children.
- Failure to comply with the terms of the regulations will result in exclusion from the festival.
- All materials (audio, video and printed materials) created at the festival, the organizers consider as their property and have the right to use and distribute information at their own discretion without payment of royalties to the participants.
Important: All participants must have a photocopy of their passport or other document confirming the identity and age of the child and present it to the jury or the organizers of the competition if necessary.
IMPORTANT: Cameras may not be installed within three meters of the jury.
