POSITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN FESTIVAL "WAVEKIDS"
1. ORGANIZERS AND FOUNDERS:
Youth Cultural and Educational Public Association “Festival Center” (Republic of Belarus);
Limited Liability Company “WaveIdeas” (Republic of Belarus).
2. BASIC CONCEPTS USED IN THE REGULATION:
Participant - an individual who paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with clause 4 of these Regulations.
Soloist - participant of the Festival, paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with clause 4 of these Regulations, who submitted an application for personal performance of the number;
Duet - participants in the amount of two people, each of whom paid for participation in the Festival in accordance with clause 4, who submitted one application for the performance of a number by a duet;
Trio - participants in the amount of three people, each of whom took part in the Festival according to clause 4, who submitted one application for the performance of the trio number;
An ensemble is a group of participants, each of which takes part in the Festival in accordance with clause 4 of these Regulations, represents a single application for the performance of numbers representing a single team performing on stage.
A collective is a group of joint joint events within the framework of one institution, each participant of which takes part in the Festival in accordance with clause 4 of this regulation.
Nomination - a thematic position with an open focus on the activities of the participant (s);
Application - voluntary, drawn up and executed on the site the will of the participant (s) to participate in the Festival.
3. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FESTIVAL:
revival, preservation and development of cultural heritage;
development and improvement of early childhood education and upbringing;
disclosure of spiritual, intellectual and cultural cooperation of children through art;
to fix the significance of the role of the teacher in the educational process;
identification and support of the most talented and promising creative teams;
improving professional skills and qualifications of specialists, teachers of creative teams and performers;
organization of outdoor activities and recreation for children and youth.
4. COMPETITION ORGANIZATION SYSTEM
4.1. Order of conduct
Collectives, soloists, duets, small forms, ensembles of applications for participation on the site https://myfest.art from 08/15/2019 to 11/24/2019.
The festival consists of 2 rounds:
Round 1 - CURRENT (08/15/2019 - 11/24/2019).
1 step of the correspondence tour. Application Form.
Participants fill out an application on the website https://myfest.art
Attention! Applications of collectives, soloists, duets, ensembles, small forms are filed separately. Allowed to participate in several categories for an additional fee.
All data from the applications are reflected on the site. The organizers reserve the right to abbreviate the names of institutions (MA, GUO, DDiM, DTT, etc.). Changes to the tender application may be made no later than fourteen days before the full-time round.
ATTENTION! The organizing committee has the right to close the acceptance of applications earlier than the deadline.
2 step of the correspondence tour. Submission of visual materials.
Participants send an email to myfest.by@yandex.by VIDEO. However, the sound and image quality should not impede the perception of the material.
3 step of the correspondence tour. Receive notification of the results of the correspondence tour.
No later than November 25, participants will be notified of the results of the correspondence tour.
Attention! Participation in the face-to-face tour The festival is paid only after receiving notification of the results of the correspondence tour!
4 step of the correspondence tour. Payment for participation in a full-time tour.
Cost for Belarusian teams:
30 rub / person - participation in the ensemble in one genre in one age category.
55 rub / person - participation in one genre in one age category.
Cost for foreign teams:
25 euro / person - participation in the ensemble in one genre in one age category.
40 euro / person - participation in one genre in one age category.
Included in the price:
Participation in the Festival;
Festival paraphernalia (toy);
Entrance ticket for one accompanying person (for each participant);
Medal to each participant;
Open jury voting;
Entertainment program and events.
Additionally paid:
10 euro / person - participation in one additional genre.
10 euro / person - Entrance ticket to the competition program for the audience.

Arrival of collectives. Check in hotel. Registration of participants. Sightseeing tour of Minsk. Overnight at the hotel.
DECEMBER 14, 2019
Competition program of the Festival. Awarding of laureates and diploma-holders of relevant nominations and age categories.
1. Minsk State Palace of Culture (Minsk, 129 Mayakovsky St.)
Professional competition in the nominations “Vocal”, “Choreography”, “Theaters”, “Fashion Theaters”, “Original Genre”.
The hall is equipped with professional lighting and sound equipment:
Shure, Beyerdynamic radio microphones;
panoramic hanging microphones (for theatrical productions);
two side multimedia screens;
retro-microphone with a round stand (to maintain the image of the most “daring” performers).
Solemn awarding of laureates and diplomats.
Overnight at the hotel.
